SBI PO jobs 2017: New 1393 Bank Jobs vacancies for candidates in India apply now. The State Bank of India (SBI) began the online application procedures for hiring a probationer officer PO for 2017 on February 7. The application process will continue until 6 March. The SBI jobs vacancy notice was published for 2,313 vacancies and 90 posts reserved for people with disability candidates. Of the 2,313 vacancies, vacancies in 1393 are reserved for candidates for several categories. In addition to reserving seats for reserved categories, the bank also has other provisions for candidates such as relaxation of age and pre-trial training of bank exam.
Although the qualification for SBI PO jobs is same for all categories, the bank allows relaxation in the age limit.
The candidates belong to the schedule caste (SC) and scheduled tribes (ST) benefit from a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit, which means that the candidates may not have more than 35 years on 1 April 2017.
Candidates from other backward classes (not creamy layer) benefit from a 3-year relaxation in their upper age limit, which means that the candidate must have no more than 33 years on April 1,
In the case of Disabilities, the bank empowers a relaxation of 15 years in the upper age limit for PWD candidates of the category SC / ST, 13 years of relaxation for PWD candidates to include OBC category and 10 years of relaxation for PWD candidates of the general category.
The bank may carry out training before for SC / ST and minority religious group before the examination. Candidates wanting to be trained before the test should indicate during the application process for review.
The PWD category is subdivided into three different categories: orthopedic disability, visual impairment, and hearing impairment.
People with orthopedic disabilities (OH): Applicants with a physical impairment or cerebral palsy with movement impairment of at least 40% to apply for positions. The categories that fall under the category of orthopedic challenges are:
OA - A concerned arm
OL - An affected leg
OAL - One arm and one leg injured
BL - Both legs are affected (but not the arms)
(VI): Candidates with one of the following conditions are subject to a category of visual impairment:
Complete lack of vision.
Visual acuity no more than 6/60 or 20/200 (Snellen) in the better eye with correcting lenses.
Limiting the field of view behind an angle of 20° or less.
Hearing impairments (HI): Candidates with a loss of sixty decibels or more in the better ear in the frequency range of speech.
Applicants with a disability of 40% or more will be allowed scribe facility for the exam. Candidates who want to have a scribe facility must indicate the same during applying for SBI PO bank jobs and will arrange their own scribe facility.
